Essential Job Functions:

Greets and welcomes customers with a smile as a company representative.  Ensures each customer interaction results in increased customer confidence Promotes and executes customer promotions flawlessly. Staff’s special events registration areas Tracks inventories and expenses for each assigned project. Effectively and enthusiastically communicate the benefits of the customer loyalty program and provides players with compelling reasons to play at Harrah’s. Creates and maintains customer accounts using Harrah’s computer systems. Issues comps in accordance with department comp and guidelines Cross sells property events (shows, promotions etc.) and amenities

     (hotel, restaurants, etc.)

Stay up to date on all promotions/special events. Keeps work area neat, clean and stocked with supplies. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Licensed and authorized to execute promotions on the gaming floor


Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Some college preferred.

  • Must be able to deal with guests in casino environment.

  • Must have previous experience in the hospitality, retail or casino industry.

  • Previous cash handling experience required.

  • Must be able to type 30-35 words per minute.

  • Able to use 10-key machine.

  • Familiarity with Casino Management Systems preferred.

  • Must have excel and Microsoft office knowledge at an above proficient level.

  • Must be able to get along with co-workers as a team.

  • Must present a well-groomed appearance.

  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.

  • Must be 21 years of age.
