Job Summary: Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/employees of Horseshoe Southern Indiana. Responsible for repairs and replacements of keys and locks.
Qualifications: A high school degree or equivalent is required. Previous experience is highly preferred, along with knowledge of the trade. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills required. Computer experience to include knowledge of word and excel preferred. Must have a professional appearance and be a team player. Must possess a valid US drivers license.
Essential Job Functions:
· Repairs and replaces keys and locks.
· Updates all additions and / or changes in all key related logs.
· Performs duties of a Security Officer as needed.
· Assists in Emergency situations.
· Enforces company polices and procedures, including rules that apply to the Internal Controls and Indiana Gaming Commission rules and regulations.
Any and all other job duties as assigned.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
Ø Must be able to work independently.
Ø Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time (4-6 hours).
Ø Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator.
Ø Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; and, have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel.
Ø Responds to visual and aural cues.
Ø Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
Ø Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
Ø Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission. Must possess a valid US drivers license.
