SUMMARY: Learn the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to current policies and procedures set forth in the Company rule manuals while maintaining a courteous and friendly manner to students, instructor, guests and employees.


Protects and controls of the game.

Conducts the games in accordance with Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations, handling guest transactions and notifying Floor Supervisor of any irregularities.

Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner.

Advises Floor Supervisor or Manager of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealer.

Supports and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines at all times.

Promotes outstanding guest relations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

* Must successfully pass H.R. interview.

* Must successfully pass table games math assessment.
* Must successfully pass a panel audition.
* Must maintain a positive, supportive attitude throughout class. Failure to do so will cause immediate dismissal from class permanently.
* Must maintain satisfactory test and skill assessment scores throughout class. Failure to do so will cause immediate dismissal from class permanently.
* Must maintain excellent attendance. Failure to do so will cause immediate dismissal from class permanently. (Attendance Standards Will Be Given)
* Business casual attire and neatness is required at all times.. (Appearance Standards Will Be Given)
