JOB SUMMARY:

Obtains necessary food items from banquet kitchen and sets up in the Lakeview Lounge.  Busses tables during the shift.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

·         Assures there is an adequate supply of china, silver, glassware and other food service accessories at assigned stations at all times.

·         Clears tables of all items when customers have left and places soiled dishware into appropriate compartments of the bus tub; disposes of garbage.

·         Sets up food/snack tables for guests.

·         Rolls bus tub cars into kitchen and unloads full bus tubs in designated dish area.

·         Assists and takes direction from Maitre D Asst & Host

·         Familiarizes self with SOS behavior, and adheres to, the principles of excellent guest service and interactive skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

·         High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Fluent and literate in English

·         Must be 21 years of age.

·         Above average communication and personal interaction skills

·         Must be able to work a flexible schedule

·         Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

·         Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. 

·         Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

·         Mobility to constantly move about the property

·         Ability to lift bus tubs weighing up to 30 lbs.

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

·         Ability push/pull bus carts weighing up to 70 lbs.

·         Ability to stand/walk up to eight hours

·         Visual range must include near and far distances

·         Auditory range must include immediate environment

·         Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs

·         Ability to use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping

Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.  Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
